Door chimes are being standardised on all MTR lines. In addition to
the familiar "do-do-do" sound when the platform and train doors are
closing, we have launched a “ding-dong” chime when doors open to
provide clearer audio signals for you when boarding and alighting
from trains.

What’s more, we have specially made two animated videos featuring
paper characters in a real-life setting to highlight various interesting
scenes of the humourous character Ming, as he hears the "do-do-do"
